Rachel’s youngest brother, David, came to visit us (woo!) and per his request, we spent a weekend in Rome. Not surprisingly, it was filled with gelato, pizza, pasta, and lots of walking. Due to the rainy weather, we channeled ancient Roman tactics and perfected the umbrella phalanx to protect ourselves.

We took the train down from Zürich with speeds up to 300km/hr (186mph)

We like doing free walking tours when we travel in order to orient ourselves.
