Summer 2017 was filled with many adventures which included several new countries and time spent with friends and family. We still enjoyed our hot summer days followed by long nights here in Zürich. This being our first proper summer in Switzerland, having moved here in July 2016, we tried our best to take advantage of our endlessly beautiful surroundings. The return of seasons in our lives has been a welcome change from the perpetual “overcast, foggy, always-bring-a-light-jacket-with-you” weather in San Francisco. It has allowed us to once again appreciate the positives (Farm fresh produce! Days spent in the water! Sundresses and sandals…well let’s be real, birkenstocks!) and the not so positives (Hot, hot days without air conditioning… it doesn’t exist in this country) that each season has to offer. As we pull out our sweaters and scarves for fall, we bid summer adieu until next year. Auf Wiedersehen, Sommer! Willkommen, Herbst!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful adventures. Your pictures are wonderful, great camera! Enjoy the new season and I look forward to the next post.

Good luck on your new camera. I’m confident you will learn how to use it quickly! Don’t really see how you could improve on your pictures. Nana and I look forward seeing them to see what you have been up to. Keep them coming.
