Schweizer Winter

November // December 2016

With the changing season, there is so much to see and experience in Zürich and beyond. We are learning that the Swiss take the Christmas Season very seriously. The city has been transformed into a breathtaking winter wonderland. The cold weather is a welcome change for us after three years of never-changing weather in San Francisco. Still waiting for our first snowfall…

Our first Swiss mass (we have been attending an English speaking church) at Dreikönigskirche. They offered glühwein and cookies after mass instead of the traditional coffee and doughnuts. I think we will have to visit again…
