December in Kansas

01.12.2017 – 13.12.2017

WICHITA + KANSAS CITY

We made a visit back to Kansas for the first bit of December. We enjoyed time spent with family in Wichita and celebrating the wedding of two friends in Kansas City. The days are just packed… and there is really never enough time to do everything we want to do on these trips. Unfortunately, I spent most of the trip being quite sick, but it was still a good time. We played lots of board games, spent many hours with our niece, ran errands around town, caught up with friends from near and far, and enjoyed family festivities. It’s always a treat to have the whole Weber gang together. It was so nice to spend time with both of our families before we returned to Zürich for a quiet Swiss Christmas.

Two perfect batches of divinity! I have such fun memories making this fluffy candy with my Grandma Delperdang. It is special that the tradition lives on.
